A. Customers can pay through Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX), Online Bank Transfer, Wire Transfer, Demand Draft and Cash within Delhi , we also have pickup facility

Q. At what period of time can I pay for the Reservations?
A. In general the payment has to be made at the time of Reservations . Please ask your booking executive about specific payment policy which applies to your booking.

A. You can make an online transfer from your account to our account directly by logging-in into your account. Typically for most banks you have to first add a payee first and then make a payment. Please ask your booking agent for details of our bank account to which you can make a direct payment

Q. How many days prior to the journey should I book the hotel/Package?
A. There is no specific date, however it is advisable to book your tour well in advance to procure hotel reservation/tour package.

Q. How can I book a flight ticket?How many tickets can be booked at a time?
A. Depending upon the need, you can book as many tickets as you want. However, during our schemes for cheap tickets, it completely depends upon the seats available.

Q. Is there an option to cancel the booking?
A. Yes there is, but at the same time you will have to pay the cancellation amount which varies on the type of ticket (ticket fare basis & airline policies etc). Upon cancellation of the ticket, airlines issue a refund which may take anywhere between 2 ? 3 weeks

Q. What is an e-ticket?
A. E-ticket is booked through the internet, which then represent the purchased seat. E- ticketing can be done mainly through the airline website or a travel website , the printout of which can be presented at the airport (along with a valid government issued ID) for the checkin process to be completed

Q. How would I get my boarding pass on e-ticket?
A. You will get your boarding pass at the airport itself. You will have to show the e-ticket at the airline counter against which you will be given your boarding pass. You can also do e-checkin through the airline website

Q. What if the flight gets canceled or rescheduled?
A. In both the cases, the airline will do the needful or will provide the accommodation (full service airlines only) to the passengers.

A. No, we prefer you purchase the tickets in much advance, to avoid any last minute hassles.

A. Tour packages Cancellation Charges: 21 - 14 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of 10% of Total Amount. 13 - 7 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of 20% of Total Amount. 6 - 4 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of 50% of Total Amount. 3 - 0 Days before requested arrival date There is a cancellation fee of 100% of Total Amount.
